 Within the framework of the "Soft Skills For Youth Employment" KA220 project, our active involvement included the design of materials specifically tailored for dissemination purposes. With the overarching goal of fostering a comprehensive understanding and support for the development of soft skills, we meticulously crafted PowerPoint presentations. These presentations are meticulously curated, focusing on each soft skill elucidated and practiced during the workshops conducted in Türkiye.

These interactive PowerPoint presentations serve as invaluable resources, not only for students but also for educators, offering a nuanced insight into the nuances of soft skills development. Their user-friendly nature makes them accessible to a broad audience, facilitating effective dissemination.

In addition to the development of instructional materials, we undertook a series of interviews with seasoned specialists across diverse domains. This esteemed panel included experts in human resources and psychologists. The purpose of these interviews was to glean their perspectives on the profound impact of soft skills on employment. The insights gathered from these conversations further enrich the project's depth and provide a multifaceted understanding of the pivotal role soft skills play in the professional landscape.
